Sautéed Fungis (Portobello, White Button & Shitake), Gouda cheese and a secret sauce between our butter herb toast. Suitable for vegetarians!
(No garlic, no onions, just some fun-guys.)
- Heat a pan up on medium heat.
Check if pan is ready by sprinkling some water on it.
(If the water droplets ski around gracefully like mercury beads you’re almost ready!)
- Bring the heat down low and place the Toastie in with the baking paper still on. (It’ll slide off nicely when each side is toasted!)
- Grill each side of the Toastie for 3-4 minutes.
- Cut into your Toastie and enjoy~!
